Mayca Balaguer

Mayca Balaguer

Mayca is a lawyer (UNC), Master in Procedural Law (UES21) and has a University Diploma in the Rights of Children and Adolescents (UNC) and a Diploma in Gender Studies, women’s movement and politics in Latin America (UBA).

She works as a trial lawyer at the Juana Azurduy Law Firm. She is a member of the National Campaign for Legal, Safe and Free Abortion. She has been a volunteer for more than 15 years at AFS Intercultural Programs Argentina & Uruguay.

She has been part of Fundeps since 2015, beginning her journey as a volunteer for the Gender and Sexual Diversity team. From 2018 to 2023, she served as Coordinator of that area and the Legal Affairs Area, assuming the Executive Directorship in January 2024.

    Eliana Juncos

    Eliana Juncos

    Eliana has a degree in Social Communication with institutional orientation, graduated from the National University of Córdoba (UNC). She has complemented his training with two specializations in Communication for Civil Society Organizations, at the Universidad Austral and the Universidad Católica Argentina. In addition, has given numerous workshops and training on the subject.

    She is Director of her Strategic Communication Agency, dedicated to communication management for various organizations and companies, offering innovative and effective solutions for their needs. She was also trained in the organization of sustainable events, non-verbal behavior, ontological and ceremonial coaching and protocol.

    Since 2015 it has been part of Fundeps. She was Communication Coordinator until 2021 and since then she has been Vice Director.

      Noelia Garzón

      Noelia Garzón

      Noelia is a Higher Technician in Financial Management; advanced student in the Public Accounting career at the National University of Córdoba (UNC), and is also studying the Programming Technique at the National Technological University (UTN). Currently, he is completing the University Diploma in New Economies (UNC).

      She has actively participated in work teams in the public sphere, especially in the area of ​​gender and technology, coordinating projects, managing budgets, training and carrying out other leadership activities.

      In the professional field, she works as a teacher of new technologies and is also a volunteer in Global Shapers Córdoba, a global network of young leaders, where she holds the position of Incoming Impact Officer. In all these spaces, their focus is on processes, objectives and people.

      Since 2023 she has been part of Fundeps and is currently the Coordinator of the Administration and Finance Area.

        Angela Cordoba

        Angela Cordoba

        Angela has a degree in Social Work from the National University of Córdoba with a Postgraduate Degree in Human Rights. She has a Diploma in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility and a Happiness Trainer. He has been part of work teams in the area of ​​human relations and in the coordination of development, well-being and integration processes.

        She is certified as a Social Facilitator, being part of community organizations with a perspective on health, gender, education and inclusion for families, children and adolescents at risk. She is currently finishing her specialization in Development and Respectful Parenting.

        Since 2024 she has been Coordinator of the Team Management Area.

          María Laura Carrizo

          María Laura Carrizo

          Lau is a lawyer (National University of Córdoba) and has participated in numerous courses, workshops and congresses related to environmental law and socio-environmental conflicts. She works as an environmental lawyer and is a member of different organizations and social assemblies where issues related to the violation and promotion of human rights related to the environment are addressed. 

          She has been part of Fundeps since 2018 and is currently Coordinator of the Environment Area.

          Ananda María Lavayén

          Ananda María Lavayén

          Ananda is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of the National University of Córdoba. She specialized in family and gender law from a human rights perspective and to be a lawyer for children and adolescents.

          She has participated in numerous courses, seminars, conferences and training related to human rights, the environment and socio-environmental conflicts. In addition, she practices the profession privately and in a law firm that is dedicated to civil and labor law.

          She has been part of Fundeps since 2018 and is currently Project Manager of the Environment Area.

          Ana Sol Olivera Aguilar

          Ana Sol is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba. He has completed an assistantship in Criminal Procedure Law at the same institution. Ace
          It also actively participates in courses and seminars related to the legal field.

          Nina Sibilla

          Nina Sibilla

          María Victoria is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba (UNC). She completed his Master’s degree in Governance and Human Rights at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). She was an intern at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington (2017) and at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica (2019).

          Previously, she worked as a lawyer in the Judiciary of Córdoba.

          She participated in research teams on environmental and social rights at the Center for Legal and Social Research (CIJS) of the UNC and has teaching experience in the areas of Human Rights and Professional Practice.

          She has been part of Fundeps since 2016 and is currently Coordinator of the Democracy Area.

            Cristian Quinteros

            Cristian is an advanced student of Law at the Law School of the National University of Córdoba. He is an employee of the Judiciary of the Province of Córdoba. He was a student assistant in the subject Constitutional Law and participated in seminars on democracy.

            Maitén de los Milagros Fuma

            Maitén has a degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Córdoba. She was a research assistant in the Policy and Gender Area of ​​the Chilean Policy and Defense Observatory, an organization in which she currently works as a collaborator. In turn, she is a project coordinator at the consulting company Innovos Group S.A., where they work with science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

            Romina Pezzelato

            Romina Pezzelato

            Romina has a degree in Communication Sciences from the National University of Córdoba, with a specialization in gender and education at FLACSO_PRIGGEP and a Diploma in Community Feminisms from Abya Yala (National University of Jujuy). Her experience is linked to popular education and feminist struggle.
            Since 2019, she has been part of La Marea Noticias and La Marea Formación, where she participated in the “Respect is law” campaign on the Gender Identity Law. She was a consultant in the Gender and Diversity Directorate of the Ministry of Health, coordinating the training of health professionals. For more than five years he has been giving talks and conferences related to access to the rights of trans children and adolescents. She is also a member of IELSAN (Institute of Legal and Social Studies of Lawyers for Girls, Boys and Adolescents.)
            Currently, she coordinates the Gender and Diversity Area at Fundeps.

              Carola Bertona

              Carola Bertona

              Carola has a degree in Social Work, graduated from the National University of Córdoba. She has participated in research and extension projects linked to feminist epistemologies, strategies and practices for the sustainability of life. Also, she has been co-organizer of cycles of training workshops and dialogue of Social Work in contexts of crisis and family intervention.
              She has been part of different programs and public policies in the province aimed at guaranteeing the sexual rights (reproductive and non-reproductive) of young people and women.
              She has been an assistant and speaker at various conferences, postgraduate courses and seminars related to the Social Sciences, the subjective experiences of intervention in situations of gender violence and the role of emotions in the construction of scientific knowledge.
              She works in a social and political organization of the popular economy addressing interdisciplinary situations related to problematic consumption and gender violence.

              Since 2023 she has been Project Manager in the Gender and Sexual Diversity Area.

                Luz Baretta

                Luz Baretta

                Luz is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba and a notary student at the same University. She has a diploma in Contracts (UAN) and Ecofeminisms (Ecohouse – UBA), and has multiple trainings in gender, violence and law.

                She is a professor at the Provincial University of Córdoba and has been part of interdisciplinary research, covering the legal perspective.

                Cecilia Bustos Moreschi

                Cecilia Bustos Moreschi

                Cecilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the National University of Córdoba. She is a specialist in Care Policies with a gender perspective (CLACSO) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Anthropology: Management of Cultural Diversity, Heritage and Development at the University of Seville.

                Her work lies at the intersection of gender, care policies, feminist economics, and human rights, combining research, teaching, and work with civil society organizations.

                At Fundeps, she has been part of the Gender and Sexual Diversity Area since 2015, where she served as a volunteer, project officer, and area coordinator until 2025. In this role, she participated in the design and implementation of projects related to care policies, feminist economics, media and symbolic violence, and sexual and reproductive rights, as well as in research processes aimed at supporting advocacy efforts. She currently remains connected to the organization as a volunteer, contributing particularly to the development of the care agenda.

                She also works as a teacher at secondary and higher education levels and participates in research and cooperation networks focused on care from an ecofeminist perspective.

                Mila Francovich

                Mila Francovich

                Mila holds a Bachelor’s degree and a PhD in Psychology from the National University of Córdoba. She is a researcher at the Institute for Psychological Research (IIPsi), CONICET.

                She is a Specialist in Public Policy and Gender Justice from the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) and holds a Diploma in Training for Community Accompanists against Gender-Based Violence from the Network of Universities for Non-Violence against Women. She has also conducted studies on gender and women’s rights at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

                She has worked as a lecturer and consultant for public and private institutions. She is the author of academic and outreach publications focused on gender, public policy, gender quota and parity laws, and women’s rights.

                Agostina Belén Copetti

                Agostina Belén Copetti

                Agostina is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba. She works in the Ministry of Women of the Province of Córdoba. Committed and dedicated to training with a perspective on human rights; investigation; democratization of law; feminism; gender; Health; sexual, reproductive and non-reproductive rights; secular and intersectional education; citizen participation and public policies; among others.

                She is currently working as a volunteer in the gender area of ​​Fundeps.

                Constanza Attwood

                Constanza Attwood

                Constanza is a lawyer, judicial employee of the province of Córdoba, attached to the chair of Criminal Procedure Law of the National University of Córdoba. She has been a volunteer in the Fundeps gender area since 2019.

                Gonzalo Roza

                Gonzalo Roza

                Gonzalo has a degree in International Relations from the Siglo 21 University of Córdoba and has a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management and a MOOC course in Development Project Management.

                He joined Fundeps in mid-2013 and currently serves as Coordinator of the foundation’s Global Governance Area. He also served as regional coordinator of the Secretariat of the Coalition for Human Rights in Development between 2016 and 2018. Previously, he worked in the Area of ​​International Financial Institutions of the Center for Human Rights and Environment (CEDHA).

                He is a secondary school teacher and author and co-author of papers and articles on topics of Argentine Foreign Policy, Transparency, International Financial Institutions and Accountability Mechanisms.

                  Clara Labat

                  Clara has a degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Córdoba, a Diploma in Migrants and Refugee Protection from the UBA, and an International Diploma in Human Rights with a mention in Access to Justice from the Catholic University of Córdoba and the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights.

                    María Laura Fons

                    María Laura Fons

                    María Laura is a Lawyer, graduated from the National University of Córdoba and Professor of Philosophy at the same university. She has been part of different social organizations aimed at defending the human rights of vulnerable groups, mainly children; and has developed postgraduate courses and participated in conferences related to social rights.

                    Since 2021, has participated in the Social Rights research team within the Center for Legal and Social Research of the National University of Córdoba (GIDES). She currently has a scholarship from the National Interuniversity Center for Research Initiation, to study the right to adequate food.

                    Since 2022 she has been Project Manager for the Health Area.

                    Nayla Palacios

                    Nayla Palacios 

                    Nayla studied Anthropology at the National University of Córdoba and received training in public policy project management at the Center for Urban Initiative.

                    She has been involved in programs and public policies focused on health promotion and prevention, applying a rights-based approach and the principles of Primary Health Care. Nayla served as Coordinator of the Indigenous Health Unit at the Ministry of Health of Córdoba and managed the creation of the Diploma in Health and Interculturality at the Faculty of Medical Sciences (UNC). She has also contributed to the establishment of dialogue tables between Indigenous communities, local health teams, and other government agencies in various localities of Córdoba province.

                    She has participated in numerous research projects, university extension programs, and collective participation initiatives related to processes of ethnic reemergence, territorialization, and Indigenous rights. She is currently involved in a project on Territories and Indigenous Peoples in Córdoba province (Secyt – UNC).

                      Noelia Flores

                      Noelia is a Medicine student at the National University of Córdoba. Actively participates in courses, seminars, conferences related to the area of ​​gender, racism, rights and community health

                      Paula Hernandez

                      Paula is a journalist and holds a degree in Social Communication from the National University of Córdoba. She completed a Master’s in Interactive Digital Communication at the National University of Rosario and a diploma in Political Advocacy at the National University of Villa María.

                      She was the General Director of Press and Communication at the Ministry of Women, Genders, and Diversity of the Nation. She was also part of the communication team at the Ministry of Human Development of Córdoba.

                      As a journalist, she worked for 15 years at Radio Nacional Córdoba and wrote for print and digital media. She worked on collaborative journalistic productions and public interest campaigns related to gender, diversity, and human rights.

                      She is part of a federal network of journalists that develops strategic communication and public advocacy actions in sexual and reproductive rights.

                      She is currently the Communication Area Coordinator at Fundeps.

                        Sofia Rubiano

                        Sofia Rubiano 

                        Sofía has a degree in Social Communication with an orientation in Institutional Communication, graduated from the National University of Córdoba. He specialized in internal communication for organizations.

He is specialized in the management and planning of international projects, as well as has experience in the analysis of public policies and in the development of environmental political advocacy campaigns applied in the city of Córdoba.

                        Candelaria is a student in the final work stage of the degree in Social Communication at the National University of Córdoba (UNC), with an orientation in Institutional Communication. He has experience in communication management and strategies for social networks. She took courses on human rights and gender.

                        Estefania Grasso

                        Tefy holds a degree in Social Communication from UNC, with a specialization in graphic communication. She has been working as a UX content designer for over six years and has expertise in social media strategy and management. She’s constantly taking workshops—no matter when you read this. Tefy has been writing since she learned how to, creates content for social media and podcasts, and practices reading aloud as part of her ongoing skill development.
