Noelia Garzón
Noelia is a Higher Technician in Financial Management; advanced student in the Public Accounting career at the National University of Córdoba (UNC), and is also studying the Programming Technique at the National Technological University (UTN). Currently, he is completing the University Diploma in New Economies (UNC).
She has actively participated in work teams in the public sphere, especially in the area of gender and technology, coordinating projects, managing budgets, training and carrying out other leadership activities.
In the professional field, she works as a teacher of new technologies and is also a volunteer in Global Shapers Córdoba, a global network of young leaders, where she holds the position of Incoming Impact Officer. In all these spaces, their focus is on processes, objectives and people.
Since 2023 she has been part of Fundeps and is currently the Coordinator of the Administration and Finance Area.

Angela has a degree in Social Work from the National University of Córdoba with a Postgraduate Degree in Human Rights. She has a Diploma in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility and a Happiness Trainer. He has been part of work teams in the area of human relations and in the coordination of development, well-being and integration processes.
She is certified as a Social Facilitator, being part of community organizations with a perspective on health, gender, education and inclusion for families, children and adolescents at risk. She is currently finishing her specialization in Development and Respectful Parenting.
Since 2024 she has been Coordinator of the Team Management Area.

Luz Baretta
Luz is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba and a notary student at the same University. She has a diploma in Contracts (UAN) and Ecofeminisms (Ecohouse – UBA), and has multiple trainings in gender, violence and law.
She is a professor at the Provincial University of Córdoba and has been part of interdisciplinary research, covering the legal perspective.
Since 2020 she has been a member of the Legal Affairs Area of Fundeps and is currently the Coordinator.

Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba and Diploma in Management and Control of Public Policies from FLACSO (Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences).
She began his professional career providing services for the Center for Popular Communication and Legal Advice (CECOPAL). Between 2016 and 2019 she held the role of National Legal Director of TECHO (Un Techo para Argentina A.C).
She is currently a consultant for ACIJ (Association for Equality and Justice) within the framework of the “Greater Inclusion, Better Rights” project.

Noelia is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba, currently working as an associate lawyer at the López Tais Law Firm.
Between 2013 and 2019 she was a volunteer at the Argentine Youth Organization for the United Nations (OAJNU), carrying out various educational projects on human rights.
In 2018, she joined Fundeps in the Environment area, developing research and strategic litigation tasks in the field of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. She has participated in multiple research projects (CIJS) and university extension related to the promotion of human rights.

Alejandro Bokhdjalian
Lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba. He participates in the Law and Control research group based at the Center for Legal and Social Research of the National University of Córdoba. He is part of the Institutional Violence team of the Latin American Institute for Security and Democracy. He is also a professor of Armenian Culture at the General Manuel Belgrano Institute of the Armenian Community of Córdoba, primary level.

Sofía has a Master’s degree in Political Management (UCC), a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (UCC), and has completed different training courses aimed at the management and planning of social organizations. She has worked in the development of organizational resources since 2014, contributing to the design and implementation of financing strategies for social projects in organizations in the country and the region.
Today she is an external consultant to social organizations on strategies for the development of funds and works with government agencies on issues related to public policies for children and adolescents. Currently, she is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Direction and Management of Social Organizations at the University of San Andrés (UdeSA).
Since 2023, she has been the Coordinator of the Fund Development Area of Fundeps.

Lautaro Godino
Lautaro is a public accountant graduated from the University of Córdoba, specialized in the analysis of financial and accounting data.
In the professional field, he works as an accounting analyst in the private sector and has experience in the educational and business fields. In addition, he has provided workshops on finance, investments and data analysis.
Since 2024 he has been part of Fundeps and is currently in charge of projects in the Fund Development Area.

Lau is a lawyer (National University of Córdoba) and has participated in numerous courses, workshops and congresses related to environmental law and socio-environmental conflicts. She works as an environmental lawyer and is a member of different organizations and social assemblies where issues related to the violation and promotion of human rights related to the environment are addressed.
She has been part of Fundeps since 2018 and is currently Coordinator of the Environment Area.

María Victoria is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba (UNC). She completed his Master’s degree in Governance and Human Rights at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). She was an intern at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington (2017) and at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica (2019).
Previously, she worked as a lawyer in the Judiciary of Córdoba.
She participated in research teams on environmental and social rights at the Center for Legal and Social Research (CIJS) of the UNC and has teaching experience in the areas of Human Rights and Professional Practice.

Maitén has a degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Córdoba. She was a research assistant in the Policy and Gender Area of the Chilean Policy and Defense Observatory, an organization in which she currently works as a collaborator. In turn, she is a project coordinator at the consulting company Innovos Group S.A., where they work with science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

She has also taken courses on Comprehensive Sexual Education and Feminist Economics.
She has participated in research teams and work networks on Recent Argentine History and on gender and work (CIFFyH), also on care and old age, and human rights and companies (Universidad Siglo 21).
She currently works as a teacher at the middle and higher levels.

Carola Bertona
Carola has a degree in Social Work, graduated from the National University of Córdoba. She has participated in research and extension projects linked to feminist epistemologies, strategies and practices for the sustainability of life. Also, she has been co-organizer of cycles of training workshops and dialogue of Social Work in contexts of crisis and family intervention.
She has been part of different programs and public policies in the province aimed at guaranteeing the sexual rights (reproductive and non-reproductive) of young people and women.
She has been an assistant and speaker at various conferences, postgraduate courses and seminars related to the Social Sciences, the subjective experiences of intervention in situations of gender violence and the role of emotions in the construction of scientific knowledge.
She works in a social and political organization of the popular economy addressing interdisciplinary situations related to problematic consumption and gender violence.
Since 2023 she has been Project Manager in the Gender and Sexual Diversity Area.

Mila has a degree in Psychology from the National University of Córdoba, a PhD candidate in Psychology with a scholarship from the Secretariat of Science and Technology of the UNC and a member of the Institute for Psychological Research (IIPsi) UNC CONICET.
Specialist in Public Policies and Gender Justice by the Latin American Council of Social Sciences and Diploma in Training of Community Companions against Gender Violence by the Network of Universities for Non-Violence against Women and the Ibero-American Union of Municipalists (UIM – Spain).
She works professionally in the Advisory Space on Gender Violence and Discrimination Situations of the Faculty of Social Sciences (UNC) and is a member of the civil association Red de Psicologxs Feministas. Since 2017, she has been part of the Fundeps gender and diversity team.

Gonzalo Roza
Gonzalo has a degree in International Relations from the Siglo 21 University of Córdoba and has a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management and a MOOC course in Development Project Management.
He joined Fundeps in mid-2013 and currently serves as Coordinator of the foundation’s Global Governance Area. He also served as regional coordinator of the Secretariat of the Coalition for Human Rights in Development between 2016 and 2018. Previously, he worked in the Area of International Financial Institutions of the Center for Human Rights and Environment (CEDHA).
He is a secondary school teacher and author and co-author of papers and articles on topics of Argentine Foreign Policy, Transparency, International Financial Institutions and Accountability Mechanisms.

Camila has a degree in International Relations and a degree in Political Science from the Siglo 21 Business University. Currently, she is finishing the International Specialization in Epistemologies of the South from CLACSO and is a master’s degree in Sociology (UNC).
She has a diploma in Cooperation and transnational challenges, with orientation in project formulation and management, and a diploma in Politics and Government, with orientation in paradiplomacy and multilevel governance. Both diplomas awarded by the Center for Contemporary International Studies (CEIC) of the city of Córdoba.

Gaetano is a final year student of Medicine at the National University of Córdoba. Rented assistant of the Chair of Human Physiology since 2019 in said institution.
From 2016 to 2019 he was a volunteer at OAJNU, serving as a trainer for the United Nations Model, where he was able to hold the position of Group Coordinator in 2017. In 2018 and 2019 he was a practitioner of the Guard Service at Rawson Hospital .

Rosario is a doctor by profession, a specialist in family, general and community medicine, a Master in International Solidarity Action and Social Inclusion and a postgraduate degree in Applied Clinical Epidemiology.
Consultant in the international humanitarian field, she has worked for the last 4 years in refugee camps in Africa. His interests are public health, the planning of health projects and the person-centered view and the community environment.

Erica Bianquet works in the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation and is part of the staff of providers of Osde where she performs consulting. She is a member of the communication commission of the association of nutritionists of the province of BsAs.
Her degree from the UBA says that she has a degree in Nutrition with national registration 2373 and provincial 1282, but she also likes to be defined as an imperfect huertera. In popular neighborhoods, he works in community nutrition, believes in agroecology as a public policy and in package-free nutrition. From her role as a health worker, she encourages everyone to be agents of comprehensive health promotion from a community perspective.

She has been working for brands and startups for more than 7 years. She is also an illustrator and visual artist. Explore different techniques such as muralism, ceramics, among others.
