María Victoria is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Córdoba (UNC). She completed his Master’s degree in Governance and Human Rights at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). She was an intern at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington (2017) and at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica (2019).
Previously, she worked as a lawyer in the Judiciary of Córdoba.
She participated in research teams on environmental and social rights at the Center for Legal and Social Research (CIJS) of the UNC and has teaching experience in the areas of Human Rights and Professional Practice.

She is co-founder of the Corps of Feminist Lawyers of Córdoba (CAF) and member of the Alianza Argentina of lawyers for the Rights of Women and of the National Campaign for Legal, Safe and Free Abortion. She has been volunteering for more than 10 years at AFS Intercultural Programs Argentina & Uruguay.

He joined Fundeps in mid-2013 and currently serves as Coordinator of the foundation’s Global Governance Area. He also served as regional coordinator of the Secretariat of the Coalition for Human Rights in Development between 2016 and 2018. Previously, he worked in the Area of International Financial Institutions of the Center for Human Rights and Environment (CEDHA).

It also holds other postgraduate degrees in Open Government and Data opened by the Institute of Economic and Social Development (IDES) and the OAS, respectively.
She is currently a Fulbright scholar and the National Ministry of Education, for the completion of her master’s studies at the George Washington University. His specialization is in international development.
She has also worked as a researcher in projects of the Universidad Siglo 21 and CONICET related to the linkages of Latin America and Southeast Asia. He has published articles on this subject and others related to international relations.

Lourdes is a biologist, graduated from the National University of Cordoba. After a bachelor’s degree in biostatistics, he began to do a master’s degree in applied statistics (UNC), which is underway. In developing a strong interest in the area of epidemiology and demography, he also completed a master’s degree in public health (UNC). Betting on interdisciplinary work, its objective is to be able to use these tools to help the interpretation of Argentine health reality and intervention in the health problems of the population. He participated in several community epidemiology projects, with which he presented papers and publications in different meetings. Currently works in a community pharmacy and as a freelance for different SMEs and private professionals.

In 2016 she completed the “Diploma in International Protection of Human Rights” organized by the Latin American Center for Human Rights and the School of Legal Practices of the University of Zaragoza and was trained in 2017 on “Comprehensive care strategies for victims of institutional violence in the Health System” dictated by the Center for Legal and Social Studies and the National University of San Martín.
