Moving towards a binding treaty on transnational corporations and human rights
We participated in the meetings of the United Nations Intergovernmental Working Group on Transnational Corporations and Human Rights. It seeks to create a binding treaty that guarantees respect for human rights by transnational corporations.

Global Meeting of the Coalition for Human Rights in Development
In Washington DC, we participated in the 2017 Members Gathering of the Coalition for Human Rights in Development, of which we are members. With three days of activities and strategic discussions between members and allies, the Coalition seeks to strengthen and continue growing, to ensure that all development finance institutions respect protect and fulfill human rights.

Health and law: internship at the O’Neill Institute, Georgetown University
Internship rented in January, February and March 2017 at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Together with civil society organizations in Argentina, we report to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) on the level of compliance by Argentina with its human rights obligations.

We participated in a series of meetings and discussions in Thessaloniki, Greece, which focused on the work and functioning of Independent Accountability Mechanisms and their key role in cases of affected communities by projects funded by development finance institutions.
